After the endpapers, the book opens up to an upside down page 22 and descends through pgs 22-1 and the title page, map, publishing info etc and then starts page 23 right side up. There also seems to be a slight misalignment with that first bunch of pages, you can see it best on the map page, it’s not centered how it needs to be.
These print error books are hard to find!!
